Note to our American
visitors: Importing horses from Canada is
easy. Health regulations require a current Coggins
Test (EIA) and Health Certificate at an approx. cost of $100
U.S. There are no duties or
taxes applicable on horses entering the U.S. The
cost of hauling a horse by commercial transport will be
approx. $1000-$1500. U.S. to most locations.
