Leonardo's
sire Leardo, and his grandsire Lanciano, are well known in
Germany for being dual-talented, Warmblood stallions. Leonardo's dam, Feuerlady, and grand dam,
Galathe, are both State Premium mares.
Leonardo has very good basic paces and moves with a supple
back; when free jumping he exhibits willingness and
excellent scope and form. He is a forward thinking horse
and easy to ride.
At the licensing, Leonardo received very good scores with 8's for
Type, Trot, Gallop, Jumping, and General Impression and
7's in all other categories for an overall score of 7.6.
He is very prepotent and consistently passes on his type
and athletic ability. All foals in his first two foal crops
received Gold or Silver
Premiums.
The 2008 breeding fee is $1,000 + GST and includes a
live foal guarantee and the first collection/insemination.
On-farm AI only. Foals are eligible to be registered
with RPSI or Canadian Warmblood.

successfully at Grand Prix Level.

stallions of all time.
Werther - Hanoverian Stallion of the Year.
World Cup I - Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 1997;
sire of Warkant, Weltmeyer, Walt Disney.
Dimension - sired by Donnerhall out of an Akzent II
mare, full brother to De Niro.
Angelo xx - sire of Reiner Klimke's Ahlerich;
damsire of Rembrandt, ridden by Nicole Uphoff and
considered by many to be the most successful dressage
horse of all time; damsire of Royal Angelo and Rubinstein.
